A coupon code is entered during checkout. If accepted, it may reduce the cart price immediately or unlock a specific promotion. It can have product, account or order-value restrictions.

Instant bank discount

An instant bank offer usually requires an eligible card or payment method. The discount may appear during payment or in the order summary. Check the bank, card type, minimum spend, discount cap and EMI conditions.

Cashback

Cashback is usually credited after a qualifying transaction, sometimes to a wallet, bank account or rewards balance. It may have a waiting period, exclusions or additional conditions. Treat it as conditional until the provider confirms the reward.

How to compare them

Compare the final amount you pay now, any later cashback you are genuinely eligible to receive, and any extra fees. Do not add multiple discounts together unless the terms explicitly allow stacking.
